3079 is a project visualized into an animated shorts series that explore the climate crisis through worldbuilding and haunting narratives. Blending elements of horror with speculative storytelling, each short delves into the devastating impact of human actions on the environment by the year of 3079—manifesting as eerie landscapes, ghostly remnants of lost ecosystems, and creatures shaped by our negligence. Through my creative lens, these stories serve as a reflection of the irreversible damage we inflict on our world, turning the consequences of climate change into visceral, unsettling experiences. 3079 challenges viewers to confront the horrors of environmental collapse while imagining the fragile, fading beauty of what remains.
